In our second part of the aquarium system, we introduce you to the Reeftank from Aquaperfekt. It is a little different from the conventional aquarium systems.

With the Jump series, Maxspect started a moderately priced product series not too long ago. Initially through the LEDs L165, as well as the cross-flow pumps GF and the skimmer SK 400, there is now the announcement of an expansion. The "Coral Monitor" measuring device: The coral monitor measures the alkalinity as well as the concentrations of calcium, magnesium, phosphate and nitrate. The measurements are chemical-based and optically evaluated. For the reagents we use cartridges - similar to printer cartridges - which are refilled by us. Thus, the user does not have to refill any reagents, but can exchange the cartridges.

A little piece of history - documented with 3 videos from the years 2018, 2020 and 2021! It all began in 1986 with a small specialist marine aquatics shop in Pulheim-Sinnersdorf near Cologne: on a sales area of around 100 square metres, our customers found everything they needed for aquaristics - from aquariums to accessories. Several sales units for corals and saltwater fish as well as a 1,000-litre show tank rounded off the range of products.
