In this report I will tell you about my experiences with the "Jebao AL 150 LED". Since the actual added value of this LED is based on the biology and biophysics of corals, I would first like to take you into the world of light and show you which basic conditions characterise a good LED from the coral's point of view. Finally, the time has come. We are pleased to introduce the latest generation of LED luminaires from Aquaillumination: The most obvious change compared to the Hydra 26 and 52 is the number of LEDs in the new luminaires. 32 LEDs in the Hydra HD 32 and 64 LEDs in the Hydra HD 64.However, this is not half the truth, as the two new luminaires not only contain about 25% more LEDs, but also provide more light with the same total output of still 90 watts and 135 watts.
