It is with great pleasure that we present the absolutely quiet skimmer from our range of COVE indoor skimmers. The Cove I-160 DC is equipped with our new adjustable UP 2000/1 skimmer V24. This pump is operated at 24 volts and is equipped with a quiet BLDC motor. The Cove I-160 is particularly impressive due to its user-friendly handling. We recommend the skimmer for marine aquariums with a capacity of 250 to 650 litres.

Pump:
Due to the uncomplicated and very robust construction of the UP 2000/1 skimmer, an extremely long service life is pre-programmed. The extraordinarily good performance of this pump series in terms of water-air intake and energy consumption makes it ideal for this skimmer. The pump is made of selected materials. The shaft and plain bearing bushes are made of the hardest durable ceramic. The ageing-resistant and vibration-damping silicone bushes, in which the plain bearing bushes are enclosed, ensure very smooth running. The needle wheel is made of POM. Compared to other plastics, the plastic POM has a much higher strength. This makes the needle wheel extremely resistant.
