Claude Hug is now with SICCE

Who doesn't know him :-) From numerous trade fairs, from Facebook etc. etc.. Claude Hug, who has been one of the people at TUNZE for many years and with whom we have always enjoyed working, is now moving to SiCCE.

...Now Claude is a bit more Italian...

As some in the industry will have noticed, Claude Hug has moved to SICCE, Italy.

The family business was founded in 1974 by M.. Paolo Pettenon is the origin of the first submersible pump with resin synchronous motor and thus originally of many products that we use every day in aquaristics. From the innovative SICCE have sworn entrepreneurs, the well-known companies such as SACEM, Project, Askoll (Hagen), Newa, Hydor, Eden and many more. But the oldest of the transalpine aquaristic companies has always been able to keep its course and today, more than ever, it certainly offers the most innovative products on the market, of very high quality and which I, as an electrical engineer and also an aquarist, appreciate very much (I started aquaristic with a SICCE filter in 1977) because the importer for France was in Colmar! ).

The choice of SICCE was not necessarily self-evident, because after more than 22 years of cooperation with TUNZE, change is really important: I attended Italian intensive courses, changed my way of thinking, my work, changed colleagues, products, customers and environment ...

I start this year 2023 with the development of the French - Belgian - Swiss markets in industry, garden ponds and aquaristics, international fairs, correction of French - German catalogues, product texts and development of new equipment in the fields.

I thank the Pettenon family and all my great new colleagues who opened their door and heart to me, especially Silvia and Laura who are always friendly and ready to take new challenges and of course Mr Pettenon, the founder.

Thanks also to all of you who follow me and whom I will surely meet somewhere in Europe at an aquarium weekend, lounge, shop visit or just on my FB/Messenger,

I look forward to seeing you again

We wish Claude all the best for the new job :-)
