Dr Leen P. van Ofwegen has passed away
On 25 June 2021, Dr Leen P. van Ofwegen, eminent octocoral taxonomist and supporter of the Seawater Lexicon, passed away. He devoted much of his time to the taxonomy of octocorals, mainly the Alcyonaceae.
