Now it has happened to us. Despite all my caution, I wasn't paying attention. One of our green storage containers simply overflowed! We were really lucky that not much happened and that it was only a few litres of water. Because it's all too easy to get damaged, no matter whether it's the aquarium (wooden cabinet that gets wet) or even other furniture that's nearby. So the following product comes just in time to prevent just such things. We report on the Auto Aqua Smart ASOV system, which prevents such things electronically.

We filmed the whole thing on video, of course. Below you will find the key data on the Smart ASOV system, which retails for approx. 69 EUR.

Additionally for those who have a pressure increase. I tried this on the Aqua Medic Platinum Line. After the solenoid switch when the level is reached, the booster pump stops after 30 seconds.

Smart ASOV comes with an electronic solenoid valve that can be installed on your reverse osmosis system in just a few seconds and a dual optical sensor that attaches to each tank, bucket or other container at the desired level.
It is this electronic solenoid valve that shuts off the water at the outlet of your system when the level defined by the optical sensor is reached.

Ich bin seit heute im Besitz der gleichen Kombination aus Osmoseanlage und dem genannten Auto Aqua Smart ASOV. Auch ich habe das Magnetventil am Reinstwasserausgang installiert und getestet, ob sich die Druckerhöhungspumpe der Osmoseanlage abschaltet. Ja, tut sie! Allerdings herrscht somit innerhalb der Anlage ein sehr hoher Druck. Mich würde interessieren, ob die Osmoseanlage bei dir/euch bisher irgendwelchen Schaden davongetragen hat oder ob es immer noch 1A funktioniert.

Hallo applepie. Ich nutzt die Anlage immer noch so. Bisher kein Schaden. Man sollte allerdings auf jeden Fall nicht die Anlage Stunden unter Druck laufen lassen. Ich habe es noch nicht ausprobiert was dann passiert.

Hallo Robert, vielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung!!! Laut Anleitung ist der Grund dafür, das Magnetventil hinter der Anlage anzuschließen, dass Partikel aus der Leitung das Ventil verstopfen könnten. Nun hatte ich überlegt, einfach eine Kartusche mit Feinfilter direkt hinter dem Wasserhahn anzuschließen und das Magnetventil einfach dahinter zu hängen. Oder man prüft mal, ob die Druckerhöhungspume der Anlage vor oder nach dem Feinfilter angeschlossen ist. Dann könnte man das Magnetventil quasi in die Anlage integrieren. Ich werde mal tüfteln und berichten :)
