Pet sellers/pet sitters wanted

We are a young and constantly growing company in the field of marine aquaristics and operate one of the largest aquarium facilities in Southern Germany for marine animals in 72585 Riederich. We import fish, invertebrates and corals from many parts of the world. The sale is successful directly in our shop to end customers and dealers as well as Europe-wide shipping via our online shop.

We are looking for

A full-time pet shop assistant w/m for sales, live animal shipping, facility maintenance.

Activity:

- Maintenance of the aquariums as well as technical maintenance of the facilities

- Carrying out the shipment of live animals

- Import licensing

- Sales and advice in wholesale & retail

- Maintaining the online shop

We expect

- A completed apprenticeship as a pet shop assistant or retail animal keeper would be an advantage

- You think entrepreneurial and independent

- You enjoy selling and dealing with customers

- Reliable and punctual

- Stress-resistant and resilient

- Familiar with computers

- Mobile and ideally have their own vehicle

- Some work experience is desirable but not a prerequisite. Commitment and interest are our top priorities. If this field of work is completely new to you, we offer you a thorough induction, retraining and support.
