We visited Klaus Jansen in Lohmar and took the opportunity to film his basement tank extensively. It holds 1,500 litres and has become a very beautiful piece of reef in only 5 months. We hope you like the video!

A visit to Kölle Zoo Saarbrücken

On the journey: Pascal and Huub's 1,400l LPS coral tank

They exist, these very special aquariums that hardly anyone knows about. By chance, we were at Reef Corner in Belgium when the two Niessen brothers were there. Theo from Reef Corner recommended that we visit the two brothers to see and film their LPS deep-water marine aquarium. An appointment was quickly made. We have seen many spectacular tanks, but not one like this. The ultra and master grade corals that are established in this tank! But see for yourself by picture and video.
